Our services

Red bus services
HCT Group Operations – a part of the HCT Group - delivers 17 London red bus routes on behalf of Transport for London from our Ash Grove and Walthamstow Avenue depots.

Mainstream bus services
We provide bus services West and South Yorkshire and Bristol – including the m1 Metrobus service. In Jersey and Guernsey, we operate the entire bus network.

Minibuses for groups 

We provide a low cost alternative to minibus hire aimed at community groups, clubs, third sector organisations, faith groups and sports clubs in north London and Bristol.

Minibus driver training
We provide MiDAS training in north London and Bristol for people who want to learn to drive a minibus.

Mainstream school transport
We have been working with Leeds Metro to deliver mainstream yellow school bus services in Leeds and Wakefield since 2005. We also provide this service under contract in West London.  

SEN transport
Ensuring that young people with Special Educational Needs can get to school safely, comfortably and on time has been a mainstay of our work in since 2004. We currently provide this service in seven London boroughs.

Day centre transport
We have a strong track record in delivering adult social services transport of all types – including day centre transport.

Community bus services
We provide community bus services for older and disabled people – including Route 812 – a unique community-designed hail and ride route that helps people to get out and about.

Dial-a-ride/AccessBus
We deliver a range of Dial-a-Ride and similar contracts for local authorities.

Bristol Car Club
In Bristol we deliver an accessible car hire scheme that provides a range of accessible vehicles by the hour, by the day or for complete weeks.

Mobility scooters
Working in partnership with several local authorities in London, we deliver a variety of innovative schemes that loan out or hire mobility scooters for people who would not otherwise be able to access them.

Accessible bus hire
We provide affordable, accessible and reliable bus hire in Yorkshire.

Staff Transport
We operate staff transport contracts for private sector companies and public sector organisations
