At HCT Group we know that, for service users, their day centre experience starts with the journey there – and we are committed to making every trip special.
We provide adult social care transport for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham - providing transport for older people and people with disabilities to take them from their homes to day centres and other activities, retuning them at the end of the day. Our job is to make sure service users can get to their preferred day centre and back safely, comfortably and on time.
The service is provided by our modern fleet of fully accessible vehicles, which means that everyone’s access needs can be met. Our drivers and passenger assistants are all specially trained to provide transport services for older and disabled people.

Hiring our vehicles
We also provide affordable minibus hire. We not only have fully wheelchair accessible vehicles, but our drivers are also highly experienced in working with passengers with mobility needs - we even have fully qualified passenger assistants available if required.
