At HCT Group, we understand that providing a great journey to school is part of having a great day at school. We provide Special Educational Needs transport on behalf of the London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, ensuring that children can get to school on time in safety and comfort.
The service operates during term time, collecting passengers from their homes or agreed collection points, ensuring they arrive on time and ready to start their day. In the afternoon, we ensure that they are returned safely back again.
The service is provided to children and young people with a variety of support needs by our modern fleet of fully accessible vehicles, which means that everyone’s access needs can be met. Our drivers and passenger assistants are all specially trained to provide transport services for children and young people with SEN.

Hiring our vehicles
We also provide affordable minibus hire. We not only have fully wheelchair accessible vehicles, but our drivers are also highly experienced in working with passengers with mobility needs - we even have fully qualified passenger assistants available if required.
