Minibus driver training

Q: I can’t make the training date I’ve booked on. Can I cancel the booking?

A: Please contact us if you’re no longer available for the booked training date. You are able to send one of your colleagues in your place for the training and assessment. A fresh booking can then be made for you at a later stage. We do not offer refunds for cancelled places.

Q: Can I park my car at BCT when attending the training course and/or driving assessment.

A: There is parking available at our Parson Street depot.

Q: I have individual needs regarding the training course. Is that OK?

A: We’ll aim to meet any specific requirements you may have to enable you to attend and participate in the training course. Please discuss your requirements with the Driving and Training Manager.

Q: Is lunch provided?

A: Delegates should make their own arrangements for lunch. The trainer will be able to direct delegates to local cafes or alternatively delegates may prefer to bring something to eat. Hot drink facilities are available for free and a microwave oven

Q: Is tea/coffee provided?

A: There is opportunity at the start of the training session, and during the training session for free cups of tea or coffee.

Q: What if I need to be contacted whilst I’m on the training course?

A: We don’t want the flow of the traning session to be interupted by telephone calls etc. If you need to be contacted during the course the call should be through the BCT Office (0117 902 0160) and the message will be passed on to you as soon as practicable.
