SEN drivers and trainees

The most rewarding job in all of bus driving…

Opportunities for qualified drivers and trainees

There’s no more rewarding job in all of bus driving that taking children with Special Educational Needs to school and back.  Becoming an SEN bus driver makes a real difference in your community – it’s a vital service in the lives of these children

The best SEN drivers combine good driving skills with real empathy for the disabled children who rely on them for their safety and comfort when on the road.  If that sounds like you, then we want to hear from you.

SEN bus services run Mondays to Fridays during the school term.  If you want to drive buses, but don’t think that the shift work of red bus driving will work for you, then SEN driving could be just what you’ve been looking for. You can find out more about working as an SEN driver here.

We have opportunities for both qualified PCV drivers and for trainee SEN bus drivers at depots across London, including Walthamstow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth and Wembley.

If you’re already qualified, you can apply now – choose which location you’re interested from the ‘apply now’ boxes.

If you’re interested in training as an SEN driver and are over 21, have the right to work in the UK and hold a full, clean, driving licence, we’ll train you to get your buds driving licence and then provide a job with good rates of pay. You can find details of the training programme here. You can apply for the traineeship at all our depots – choose which location you’re interested from the ‘apply now’ boxes.
