The safety of our passengers and staff is our number one priority. That’s why we strongly recommend that passengers continue to wear a face covering on our services after 19 July unless they are exempt.

We’re looking forward to getting back to normal as much as anyone, but with COVID-19 cases in the Bristol area on the rise, we believe it’s safer for everyone to wear their face coverings - even though it is no longer compulsory.  We are reviewing our approach constantly, in line with government guidance and customer and staff feedback.
