We are delighted to announce that CT4TC has joined HCT Group. CT4TC are a community transport organisation working in northeast Derbyshire, Amber Valley, Erewash, Clowne, Bolsover and Bassetlaw. They provide invaluable Dial-A-Bus and Group Transport services in their communities, alongside contracted Special Educational Needs Transport and Adult Social Care routes.
Announcing the plan, HCT Group Chief Executive Dai Powell said “We are delighted to welcome a strong community transport provider into the Group. We believe that we can help CT4TC really achieve its potential.
“CT4TC has great track record of working in its communities, generating a real social impact – but it also has genuine expertise in rural transport, complementing our own experience. We believe that the tie up will allow us to explore innovative new ways of keeping rural communities connected, tackling loneliness and social isolation.”
Michael Usherwood, Chair of CT4TC, said “Joining HCT Group will bring considerable benefits to CT4TC in terms of finance, business expertise, growth, influence and long-term stability.
“One important reason why this is going ahead is because both organisations hold similar values and aspirations. CT4TC and HCT Group are both committed to delivering innovative CT services that make a positive social impact and safeguard the needs of our various service users.”
