Who can enjoy the Day Trips?
The trips are open to any of the members of any of the BCT Community Bus routes, and also open to members of any of BCT’s member organisations.  Please call us if you’re not sure whether you qualify.

Where does the trip start and finish?
Each trip will pick up and drop off at a variety of locations.  These points will vary depending on the locality of those taking the trip as we try to choose points convenient to those travelling.
.
Can you carry wheelchair users?
Yes, of course!  We will use fully accessible vehicles for our day trips.  When you book you’ll be asked if you’re a wheelchair user, and whether you need to travel in the minibus in your wheelchair or whether you’re able to transfer to one of the seats in the vehicle.
.
What is included?
We provide the transport to and from the venue.  Individuals will need to make their own arrangements for any places they wish to visit at the venue, and their own catering arrangements.
.
How do I book?
Call us on 0117 902 0157 to check availability and to book your place.  We will then hold your booking for 7 days awaiting receipt of your payment.  You can either pay the driver of the Community Bus or send your cheque to the BCT office (don’t forget that we’ll need to know who you are and which trip you’re paying for).
We need a months notice of your booking so that we can arrange the pick-up points, advise passengers of the pick up points and, if there is insufficient interest in the trip, give people plenty of notice of the cancellation.
.
Cancellation
Please note that it may be necessary to cancel a trip if there are insufficient bookings.
