- 1st, 15th and 29th June
We can also deliver this course at your venue if several people wish to attend. Please contact us for dates and availability.
Additional dates can be arranged for groups wishing to train together, including weekends and evenings; minimum five participants.
Are there any course restrictions?
You need to be over 21 and have held a full UK car licence for at least 2 years. The photocard licence (if held) must be in date. Old-style paper licences are still acceptable. If you have 6 points or more, or recent driving bans, please speak to us in advance or be prepared to wait for insurance company clearance before you drive. Some foreign (non-UK) licences are acceptable – please ask in advance.
If you wish to drive minibuses as a PAID JOB, you will need a category D1 on your licence. This can be with the restriction code, 101, if driving minibuses operated by non-profit organisations for pay.
If the minibus you tell us you wish to drive is over the WEIGHT LIMIT for your category B ONLY licence, we will not train you, as you would be driving illegally and not insured. Do contact us if you have any doubts.
