CT Plus (Yorkshire), a part of the HCT Group, is seeking two Service Delivery Supervisors for their Wakefield Depot.

 The post holder will be part of a team responsible for the safe and reliable operation of transport services at the Wakefield Depot – Access Bus (a dial-a-ride style service), MyBus (school services), commercial buses and NHS services. The role involves the coordination, scheduling and preparation of vehicles, managing driver attendance, liaising with service users and other stakeholders as well as responsibility for drivers’ hours compliance and record keeping.

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible self-starters with a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn a range of new skills. You’ll have a strong grasp of the local geography and what that might mean for operating vehicles, the ability to use office IT for record keeping and the communications skills to influence, engage, inspire and motivate.

An understanding of vehicle scheduling, contract management, drivers’ hours regulations and a current PCV licence would be distinct advantages – but are not essential as ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicants.
